MARK OFORI AMANFO (BSc., MBA, FCCA) – Partner (Advisory, Auditing and Management of the firm) specializes in quality systems management and internal controls.
Business valuation and due diligence, quality system assurance, internal auditing, forensic auditing, contract negotiations, regulatory negotiations, back office accounting,
systems implementation, and project management are specific areas of expertise acquired from working with manufacturing and services companies, in aviation and with
international organizations. He has working knowledge of the business and operating environment of European and American countries as well as most West African countries
including Nigeria, Ghana, The Gambia, Senegal, Guinea (Conakry) and Ethiopia. Mark received his BSc. and MBA in accounting from the University of Ghana business school and is a Fellow of the ACCA, member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG) and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Ghana.

OBED OWUSU-KISSI (MBA, ICAG, CIT) – Senior Partner (Business Advisory and Taxation), is well versed in corporate-wide total quality management in aviation, manufacturing and service environs,
and has extensive experience in the design and implementation of strategic management systems using cross-functional teams, financial systems and internal controls, business set-up, change management,
human resources management, taxation and quality assurance. His background includes international corporate exposure in developed and developing economies. He received his BSc. (Accounting Option)
and MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana and the Chartered Institute of Taxation Ghana.

is passionate about financial controls, risk management and ensuring that businesses achieve their full potential, and has therefore developed tools designed
to improve performance in areas such as financial modeling and control systems monitoring. He has lectured at the Institute of Professional Studies, Institute of Management Studies,
ACCA Study School and at training sessions organised by iNTEGRITAS and PoaG Consult. He is also a training resource person for the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana on International
Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He is a fellow of ACCA and a member of the Institute of Charted accountants Ghana (ICAG).

Virtual Point was incorporated in October 2008 as a private partnership with registration number P-15, 100. We are registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG), with current practicing certificate number ICAG/F/2015/033 and with the Ghana Revenue Authority for Income Tax and VAT, as well as the Social Security and National Insurance Trust. We are currently rated as a category B accounting and auditing firm by the ICAG.
